Bridgepoint-Associates is seeking an Action Developer for an early-stage nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area with hybrid work and relocation assistance. The role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of Actions, researches ideas across fields, builds partnerships, and reports results to founders to shape strategy.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, has startup experience, and can manage multiple projects from ideation to evaluation, with strong analytical thinking and rapid learning

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem solving are essential.
• Experience or studies related to Symbolic Systems is a plus.
• History of founding or working at a startup is valued.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of projects from ideation to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Actions that members can complete weekly to create real-world impact.
• Research ideas across business, technology, science, public policy, and nonprofits.
• Build partnerships with businesses and organizations.
• Own the full lifecycle of Action projects from inception to completion.
• Design member experiences to improve Action completion and engagement.
• Report results to stakeholders and support strategy with founders.
