Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects.
• Ability to take initiative and solve open-ended problems.
• Diverse work and hobby background encouraged.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• STEM background; Symbolic Systems studies a plus.
• Grant-making experience (environment, poverty, democracy, tech) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new weekly Actions for measurable real-world impact.
• Research ideas across business, technology, science, policy, nonprofits.
• Build partnerships with businesses and organizations.
• Own full lifecycle of Action projects from ideation to completion.
• Design member experiences and improve Action completion.
• Manage and report results to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Founders to shape strategy and processes.
