Job summary

Bridgepoint-Associates seeks an Action Developer for a mission-driven nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hybrid work with relocation assistance supports building an online global community of members who commit 15 minutes per week to high-impact Actions.

The role oversees the full lifecycle of Action projects—from ideation to evaluation—working closely with the Founders to shape strategy and internal processes. Strong initiative and diverse experiences are valued.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead from idea to impact.
• Experience founding or working at a start-up.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong initiative and ability to work across disciplines.
• Comfort solving open-ended problems.
• Diverse work and hobby background.
• Experience with grant-making organizations (environmental, poverty, democratic institutions, or tech).
• Strong analytical thinking.
• STEM background.
• Experience or studies in Symbolic Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new action tasks that members can complete each week to create measurable real-world impact.
• Research ideas across business, technology, science, public policy, and nonprofits.
• Build partnerships with businesses and organizations.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of Action projects.
• Design thoughtful member experiences and improve Action completion.
• Manage and report on results to appropriate stakeholders.
• Work directly with the Founders to shape the organization's strategy and internal processes.
