Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking an IMP Manufacturing Associate in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires interpreting blueprints, performing precision cuts and assemblies of insulated metal panels, and maintaining quality while following safety standards.

You will operate hand and power tools, supervise two or more helpers, and document quality reporting in a fabrication facility environment. OSHA PPE and ISO 9001 readiness are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• 1 year experience with Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read & interpret blueprints, measure to target points, ensure true/plumb/square alignment.
• Cut, prep, fit, and tack IMPs and flashing to weld-ready status per drawings.
• Safely operate grinders, power saws, and hand tools for prep and finishing.
• Direct and monitor two or more helpers; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Document quality reporting per SEA standards; follow PPE and OSHA rules.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and maintain clean, organized work area.
