Job summary

The University of California, San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Cancer Immunotherapy Research & Clinical Translation (CIRCT) Program within the Division of Hematology/Oncology. The CRC will independently execute, manage, and coordinate multiple clinical studies, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with departments and investigators across UCSF.

This role also supports study initiation, reporting, audits, and training of Assistants.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research or related training in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with specimen processing or ability to learn
• Ability to work with oncology patients and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and coordinate clinical research protocols under supervision
• Coordinate data collection across multiple concurrent studies
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist with audits and reporting
• Train Assistant CRCs and ensure data integrity and protocol compliance
