Job summary

The Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center at UCSF is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Cancer Immunotherapy Research & Clinical Translation (CIRCT) Program within the Division of Hematology/Oncology.

You will execute, coordinate, and manage multiple protocols, oversee data collection, regulatory documents, training of staff, and ensure patient safety and data integrity across studies, with opportunities to contribute to audits and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research or related training in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with specimen processing and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work with oncology patients and multiple programs.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with OnCore, MS Office, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies under PI guidance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain study documentation for audits.
• Collect and manage data, maintain databases, and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate subject recruitment, scheduling, and study visits.
• Train staff and assist in protocol implementation and quality control.
• Communicate with departments and external groups to ensure patient safety.
