Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to cover a defined territory in Minnesota. You will build deep relationships with specialty physicians, clinics and healthcare providers, delivering strategic messages and evidence-based solutions.

You will plan, implement and adjust activity to ensure consistent territory coverage, meet quarterly and annual sales targets, and participate in ongoing training in alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree.
• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory
