Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Minneapolis is looking for a driven pharmaceutical sales representative to manage an assigned territory effectively. You will leverage your sales skills and existing relationships to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals while participating in training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or boundaries.

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory
