Job summary

AskBio Inc. seeks an Associate Scientist for our Bioanalytical Group in RTP, NC. You will develop and validate binding and neutralizing antibody assays on preclinical and clinical samples to support our gene therapy programs.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, with a focus on regulatory compliance and assay accuracy. The role requires hands-on immune assay experience, cell culture proficiency, and a strong foundation in gene therapy research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in immunology/biochemistry/biotechnology with relevant lab experience.
• Experience with binding/neutralizing antibody assays per GLP/GCLP guidelines.
• Strong data analysis and ability to prepare reports for regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex antibody assays (neutralizing and binding).
• Validate assays to meet FDA and CLIA guidelines.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports for clinical sites.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs to ensure consistent research quality.
