Job summary

Terray Therapeutics is seeking a motivated immunologist to join the cell assay team. This full-time onsite role will design experiments to evaluate MOA of hits from Terray’s EMMI platform and optimize assays to support hit-to-lead progression.

Strong immunology background and experience with cellular techniques are essential. The successful candidate will lead assay development, collaborate with chemists and computational scientists, and help drive decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology, molecular or cell biology, or related field with 3+ years of small molecule drug discovery experience.
• Experience with cell-based assays and immune signaling pathways required.
• Ability to lead experiments and communicate results within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Review literature to understand internal therapeutic targets.
• Design experiments to confirm mechanism of action of small molecule hits.
• Independently develop and optimize cell-based assays.
• Adapt assays for medium-to-high throughput screening.
• Manage CROs for reagent development and in vitro testing.
• Analyze data and communicate results in team meetings.
• Interface with chemists and computational scientists as the immunology representative.
