Job summary

Labcorp invites motivated students to join the Immunology and Flow Cytometry Team in Burlington, NC for an 11-week paid internship. You will work Monday through Friday, gain hands-on experience in protocol execution, data analysis, and process development, and present findings to scientists and leadership at the program’s end.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biological Science.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical lab or related lab experience.
• Completion of introductory Immunology coursework.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and non-technical protocols per established procedures.
• Work in cross-functional teams and learn department procedures.
• Generate reliable results and maintain an experimental notebook.
• Attend training sessions to learn process development.
• Present accomplishments to scientists and senior management at program end.
