Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a dedicated Sales Representative for our Immunology team to promote rare-disease therapies to healthcare providers within a designated territory.

You will educate clinicians on clinical benefits, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education. Willingness to travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Advanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP is a plus.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales; experience in immunology/rare disease preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen to discuss complex scientific information.
• Proven success in complex selling environments and navigating matrixed orgs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals.
• Educate healthcare professionals on clinical benefits and use of immunology/rare disease products.
• Target and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support access and education.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, and treatment guidelines.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and regulations.
