Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Clinical Research professional to advance our pipeline through excellence in clinical research. You will partner with investigators and site staff to engage sites, ensure proper conduct of trials, and drive improvements in data integrity and patient safety.

The role focuses on site evaluation, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory standards while leveraging site engagement tools to report progress and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Clinically related experience in clinical research coordinating or data management.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP) is preferred.
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for investigative site, providing trial information and supporting site engagement.
• Aligns and trains site staff and investigators on trial goals, protocols, and patient treatment principles.
• Performs site monitoring activities in accordance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Develops site engagement strategies and uses CRM tools to report progress and impact.
• Assesses patient recruitment and retention strategies based on disease journey and protocol requirements.
• Monitors site performance and safety to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in health-related disciplines
