Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across early-stage clinical development programs.
• Contribute to clinical development plans, study protocols and regulatory documents.
• Oversee medical monitoring and ongoing review of safety and efficacy data.
• Support clinical study design, dose selection and development decisions.
• Work closely with clinical operations, regulatory, biometrics, pharmacovigilance and translational teams.
• Build relationships with investigators, key opinion leaders and external scientific advisors.
• Support regulatory interactions and clinical submission activities.
• Provide scientific and medical input into future development opportunities.
