Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or development experience.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Prior experience in design and execution of phase 2 or 3 clinical trials in rheumatologic diseases is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and directing clinical research activities for investigational compounds in Immunology.
• Develop clinical development strategies and plan trials (design, operational plans, settings).
• Monitor and manage ongoing and new clinical trials; analyze data for safety and efficacy decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups (regulatory, statistics, manufacturing) to advance programs.
• Author development documents, budgets, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Travel ~20% to manage future or ongoing clinical research projects.
