Ailux is seeking an accomplished Group Head, Immunology Biology & Program Lead to build and run Ailux’s Immunology Biology organization. You will shape scientific strategy, portfolio direction, and early development plans for respiratory and immunology programs, leveraging AI-enabled discovery to accelerate progress.

Reporting to the VP, you will lead preclinical biology, translational research, and IND-enabling work across teams, guiding decision-making and collaboration with external partners

Formación

• PhD in Immunology, Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
• 7–10 years pharma experience in immunology drug discovery and development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong record of scientific innovation, strategic thinking, and translational problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead Immunology Biology team with defined strategy and vision.
• Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary biology team across discovery, translational biology, and project leadership.
• Define and execute biology strategies from concept through IND and early clinical development.
• Drive disease biology understanding with robust in vitro and in vivo evidence.
• Influence portfolio prioritization and investment decisions with data-driven recommendations.
• Identify emerging opportunities and innovative therapeutic strategies to expand the pipeline.
• Ensure rigorous scientific standards and high-quality decision-making across programs.
