Job summary

Celltrion USA is seeking an Immunology Specialist to drive sales in the Richmond, Virginia territory. You will promote immunology-related products, educate healthcare professionals about indications and safety, and uphold compliance while building strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the Immunology Sales Lead, the CIS will manage daily calls, coordinate with HUB programs, and participate in regional meetings to achieve revenue targets and promote access to biologics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.
• A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Immunology experience required, with gastroenterology and rheumatology exposure preferred.
• Biologics experience strongly preferred; knowledge of patient HUBs and assistance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy to grow the assigned territory (Richmond, VA).
• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet objectives.
• Engage healthcare professionals with compliant and insightful product information.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and educate on product features and indications.
• Maintain accurate call activity in CRM and represent Celltrion USA professionally at events.
