Responsibilities

• Support patient access for therapeutic area products through face-to-face education and integration into office workflows.
• Analyze access and reimbursement issues, propose solutions for payer policies and patient reimbursement.
• Coordinate with Patient Support Center for case management, tracking, and education of office staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and share customer needs.
• Handle PII in compliance with HIPAA and internal guidelines.
