Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System's Main Campus Immunoassay Lab is hiring a Medical Technologist/MLT/Lab Technician to perform and interpret immunoassay tests in a fast-paced environment. You will join a skilled team, adhere to quality controls, and contribute to accurate patient results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in lab science and CLIA high-complexity qualifications; experience in lab testing and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• Meets CLIA qualifications for high-complexity testing personnel.
• Diploma and/or transcripts must be provided; education will be verified; foreign degrees require translation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret tests at all complexity levels.
• Maintain quality control and calibration documentation.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain instrument care and documentation of results.
