Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring for a Medical Technologist/MLT/Lab Technician in Special Chemistry at the Main Campus. The role involves performing tests, interpreting results and ensuring quality control under CLIA guidelines.

You will join a premier healthcare team dedicated to patient care excellence. The position offers a daytime schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with weekend/holiday rotations and includes a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Meets CLIA high complexity testing qualifications.
• Education transcript or diploma must be provided and verified.

Responsibilities

• Follow lab procedures for specimen handling, testing, reporting and record-keeping.
• Maintain quality control and instrument calibration per policy.
• Participate in continuing education and competency assessments.
