Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Medical Technologist / MLT / Lab Technician for the Immunoassay Lab at the Main Campus in Cleveland. The role involves performing and interpreting tests, maintaining quality systems, and supporting patient care with accurate results.

The position offers full-time daytime hours (7:00am-3:30pm), a supportive team environment, and a sign-on bonus opportunity up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Education will be verified.
• Education outside the United States requires translation and foreign equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analyses and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and quality control compliance.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and complete record retention.
• Perform proficiency testing in accordance with CLIA regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and annual competency assessment.
• Identify and report issues impacting test performance to supervisors.
