Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader in quantitative pharmacology to drive strategy across oncology programs, informing dose selection and trial design. You will develop integrated MIDD approaches spanning development stages and ensure modeling aligns with regulatory expectations and business priorities.

You will lead a QP2 team, mentor talent, and represent the function in cross-functional governance.

Qualifications

Ph.D. with ≥10 years pharma industry experience or Master’s/PharmD with ≥15 years increasing leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing quantitative strategies that impact pipeline decisions.
Experience independently authoring/defending NDA/MAA filings and interacting with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape quantitative pharmacology strategy across oncology programs to inform dose selection and trial design.
Develop and implement integrated MIDD strategies across development stages.
Ensure modeling strategies align with regulatory expectations and business priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QP2 scientists.
Represent QP2 in cross-functional teams and governance forums.
Collaborate with Translational, Clinical, Biostatistics and preclinical teams to translate findings into clinical plans.
Contribute to due diligence for business development/licensing.
Develop and contribute to regulatory strategies; author/review INDs, CSRs, CTD modules, NDA/BLA submissions; represent the company with regulators/conferences.
