Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Vaccines for Children and Vaccines for Adults programs. You will collaborate with medical providers to optimize clinic flow and boost immunization outreach.

The role involves traveling to provider offices, collecting and presenting data, and educating staff on strategies to raise immunization rates across populations. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership abilities, with teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in public health and immunizations is required.
• Experience in project management and in a medical clinic is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to medical provider offices enrolled in the VFC/VFA programs to conduct quality improvement visits.
• Gather immunization data to present at provider visits.
• Conduct indepth discussions with healthcare providers and their staff regarding how their clinic works.
• Educate healthcare providers on strategies to increase their immunization rates in their offices for children, adolescents and adults.
• Follow up with providers at regular intervals and assist them with questions and challenges in activities to increase immunization rates in their clinic.
