Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and process immunization lab results and records to ensure accuracy and update patient chart/databases.
• Create, maintain, and ensure efficient processing of immunization records in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Serve as point of contact and provide customer service for immunization questions or concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule immunization notices and appointments as needed.
• Provide and assist providers in patient care related to immunization.
• Assist in developing immunization procedures and policies.
• May serve as medical assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
