The International Institute of New England seeks a Staff Attorney to join its Immigration Legal Services team in Boston or Lowell, MA. You will manage a personal caseload, screen clients for relief, prepare filings to USCIS, and accompany clients to interviews.

You will oversee 1–3 paralegals and interns and collaborate with program staff to deliver holistic immigration services. Requirements include a J.D.

Formación

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar status.
• At least three years handling immigration-related cases for clients.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with deadlines.
• Experience using CRM and case management tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a caseload, screen clients, and gather documentation for relief applications.
• Prepare and file USCIS applications and accompany clients to interviews.
• Supervise 1–3 paralegals/administrative staff and coordinate interns.
• Collaborate with program staff and partner organizations for holistic services.
