Qualifications include an associate degree or paralegal cert, plus 2+ years in legal or immigration support, with bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/paralegal certificate/bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a legal, immigration services, case management, or administrative support role.
• Prior experience working with children, youth, or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Support legal orientation services, legal screenings, and consultations.
• Coordinate and support legal orientations at ORR shelters and care facilities.
• Assist attorneys with immigration applications, supporting documentation, and court filings.
• Maintain accurate case notes and client information in case management systems.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Support attorneys in preparing for immigration court hearings and other legal proceedings.
