Qualifications

• Experience in asylum, U/T visa, VAWA, and SIJS matters.
• Comfort appearing before EOIR, USCIS, and California state courts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Bay Area layout with remote flexibility and in-person responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in asylum, U/T visa, VAWA, and SIJS matters.
• Appear before EOIR, USCIS, and California state courts.
• Attend hearings, ERO check-ins, and USCIS interviews.
• Work collaboratively with our legal team on complex cases.
