Sales Representative – EB-1A Green Card Services (Remote, U.S. Based)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

About Us:

We are a U.S.-based immigration consulting firm specializing in high-skilled green card categories, including EB-1A for individuals with extraordinary ability. As we expand our services, we're looking for motivated and proactive sales professionals to help identify and engage new clients who are qualified and interested in applying for the EB-1A green card.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our EB-1A immigration services. This role is remote and open to individuals currently residing in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people achieve their immigration goals and experience in lead generation or consultative sales. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and converting them into clients with the support of our legal and consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads independently through networking, online platforms, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess EB-1A eligibility.
  • Educate prospective clients about the EB-1A green card program and our service process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants and legal staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently living in the United States.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (immigration service sales is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. immigration system (EB-1A knowledge is an advantage but training will be provided).

Compensation:

  • Full-time: Base salary of $3,000/month + performance-based commission.
  • Freelance or Part-Time: Commission-based, flexible workload and schedule.
