Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Staff Attorney to lead and support litigation efforts to advance the rights of low-income immigrants. The role involves working in collaboration with other staff attorneys and community members, conducting impact litigation primarily in federal courts, and mentoring interns and law fellows.

Qualified candidates will have a JD degree, relevant litigation experience, and a strong commitment to social justice. This role is based in Los Angeles and may require travel for litigation cases.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active member in good standing of a State Bar Association required.
• 2-6+ years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in impact litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact litigation in federal and state courts.
• Mentor law fellows and interns in case development and litigation.
• Engage with communities to advance rights of low-income immigrants.
