Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of immigration matters including I-130, I-90, N-400, humanitarian relief, and consular processing.
• Conduct initial case reviews and identify evidentiary needs.
• Review packets and provide feedback for filing.
• Meet with clients via Zoom or phone, in person when applicable.
• Provide guidance to paralegals and junior staff.
• Coordinate with other departments on cases with litigation components.
• Draft legal arguments and filings.
• Support other departments as needed.
