Job summary

Global Refuge seeks an Immigration Legal Services Manager, Pro Bono Project & Strategic Partnerships to lead a sustainability strategy for pro bono immigration services. Based in Baltimore with hybrid work, you will grow partnerships, oversee staff, and align volunteer resources with client needs.

You will report to the Director for Legal Affairs and work with Managing Attorneys to advance the organization’s mission, trauma-informed, client-centered services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from a U.S.-accredited law school.
• Experience representing immigrants before DHS, Immigration Courts, and BIA preferred.
• Experience managing pro bono attorneys and collaborating with law firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and development of Global Refuge's pro bono program.
• Develop annual and multi-year goals for capacity, partnerships, and outcomes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of pro bono staff and volunteers.
• Establish systems for case intake, tracking, and client outcomes.
• Build strategic partnerships with law firms, corporations, and schools.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate pro bono services with broader legal programs.
