Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in immigration law, especially with asylum and U visa cases.
• Proven ability to advise clients on legal options and represent them before USCIS and immigration courts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct representation in immigration legal matters, focusing on U visas.
• Interview clients and provide legal advice and ongoing representation.
• Supervise and train volunteer and pro bono attorneys.
• Engage in community outreach and manage partnerships with Family Justice Centers.
