Qualifications

• 2-3 years of immigration law experience, especially in Removal Defense and humanitarian applications (VAWA, U visas, T visas).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with legal software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and finalize legal packets for immigration matters (VAWA, U visas, T visas, Adjustment of Status, removal defense).
• Draft and edit affidavits, immigration forms, and supporting documentation.
• Manage case files and track deadlines for filings, court appearances, and USCIS submissions.
• Perform legal research to support attorneys on time-sensitive matters.
• Ensure client needs are addressed with empathy, efficiency, and excellence.
• Contribute to a collaborative, structured team environment.
