Job summary

Farmer Enterprises is seeking two Immigration Paralegals to assist with H-2A and H-2B filings. Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct experience with temporary labor certification applications and related filings. These positions include responsibilities such as managing the case lifecycle, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration standards.

The roles are open to candidates residing in specific states and offer hourly compensation ranging from $28.75 to $31.63.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience preparing and filing H-2A and/or H-2B petitions.
• Experience with ETA 790/790A job orders, ETA 9142A/B applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file temporary labor certification applications for H-2A and H-2B programs.
• Manage case process from intake to final submission.
• Communicate with clients on case status updates.
