Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Paralegal in its Nashville office to support immigration practice groups. You will assist attorneys, prepare drafts, gather and organize documents, and help manage files, calendars and meetings.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of immigration experience, strong written and oral communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Paralegal certification is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with immigration terminology and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, summarize and index documents from various sources.
• Attend meetings and closings as required.
• Preparation of documents and correspondence; draft preparation assistance.
• Support attorneys with research, data compilation, calendars and workflow.
