Clark Hill is seeking a Paralegal to join our Immigration business unit in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in business immigration. Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies, communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients' applications, and more. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week. A paralegal certification or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Strong PERM, H-1B and Consular Processing experience is required
• Excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom preferred
• Candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The salary range at the time of posting is $24 - $39.23, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
