Clark Hill is seeking a Paralegal to join our Immigration business unit in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of business immigration experience, handling filings with USCIS and other agencies, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and gathering supporting evidence.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with remote work two days per week and a focus on PERM, H-1B, and Consular Processing. Paralegal certification or a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in business immigration.
• Strong PERM, H-1B and Consular Processing experience is required.
• Excellent computer skills and strong written and oral communication.
• Experience using INSZoom and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare filings with USCIS and other government agencies.
• Communicate with attorneys and clients throughout matters.
• Complete forms and gather facts and evidence for applications.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
