MacDonald Hoague & Bayless in Seattle is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a busy immigration practice. You will prepare labor certification applications, non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and family- or employment-based adjustment of status documents, while maintaining client communications and file status.

The role is full-time, hybrid in Seattle, with solid benefits including holidays, PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and a longevity bonus.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years immigration paralegal experience (preferred).
• College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Preparing labor certification applications.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing labor certification applications
• Preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions
• Preparing employment- and family-based adjustment of status applications
• Preparing pleadings, applications, and evidentiary submissions in removal proceedings
• Maintaining status reports and communication with clients
• Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• Independently managing a caseload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent analytical, management, and writing skills with strong attention to detail

Experience/Education:

• Minimum of two years immigration paralegal experience (preferred)
• College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
