• Draft correspondence and emails, interact with government agencies, and perform related administrative tasks.

• Professionalism, patience, and a client-centered approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience is preferred.
