We are a boutique, family-friendly immigration firm looking for an experienced immigration legal assistant or paralegal to work in our Sarasota office. Fluency in both English and Spanish is crucial to the position. Only applicants fluent in both will be considered.

Job Description: (experience in the following areas will be useful)

• Preparing immigration petitions based on family relations, employment (EB2) and investment (EB5).
• Preparing employment visas (H, L and O) and Investor Visas (E2/E1).
• Preparing asylum applications, U Visas, VAWA, I-601A Waivers, DACA, Adjustment of Status, eligibility under §245(i), and Consular/NVC Process.
• Regular communication with clients and local community groups.
• Scheduling, client intakes and fielding phone calls.
• This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a large caseload.

Compensation:

• This posting is for a full-time, salaried position. Pay will be competitive and depend on the applicant’s ability and experience.
