• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
• High level of organization, time management, and accuracy when handling multiple deadlines and case files.
• Proficiency with legal case management software, document management tools, and standard office applications as Docketwise.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or paralegal certificate, preferred.

The firm focuses on a wide range of immigration matters, including deportation defense, family-based petitions, waivers, consular processing, and adjustment of status. It also handles complex cases such as asylum (affirmative and defensive), cancellation of removal, humanitarian paroles, parole-in-place, and special travel permits. The practice offers support for employment authorizations and various visas, including L, O, U, T, fiancé(e) visas, as well as TPS, DACA, and VAWA cases.
