Qualifications

  • Bilingual English and Spanish. Fluency in Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Inadmissibility waivers preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal.
  • Strong foundation in Law and Immigration Law, with practical understanding of immigration procedures and case types.
  • Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas, including family-based, humanitarian, and employment-related categories.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation for immigration petitions, applications, waivers, and supporting evidence packets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
  • High level of organization, time management, and accuracy when handling multiple deadlines and case files.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software, document management tools, and standard office applications as Docketwise.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or paralegal certificate, preferred.

Responsibilities
