Immigration Operations and Compliance Manager
Globali.ai is building an AI-native immigration platform for individuals, employers, and legal professionals. For enterprises, Globali evaluates visa feasibility before hiring decisions, automates case preparation, monitors compliance, and supports lawyer-supervised review.
Globali.ai is hiring an Immigration Operations and Compliance Manager to design, validate, and operate workflows connecting AI-generated immigration intelligence with attorney review and enterprise case management. This is not an attorney role and does not independently provide legal advice. The position focuses on process quality, case operations, evidence readiness, policy implementation, escalation, and coordination with licensed immigration counsel.
Globali.ai is an equal opportunity employer.

- Build checklists, templates, service-level expectations, and QA processes.
- Monitor cases for missing documents, conflicting information, deadlines, and compliance risks.
- Support enterprise customers with onboarding and workflow configuration.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to improve case-management and document tools.
- Develop internal knowledge resources and training materials.
- Analyze cycle time, review time, exception rate, and case readiness.
- Maintain clear boundaries between administrative support and attorney-provided legal advice.

- 4 or more years of experience in immigration operations, global mobility, legal operations, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of employment-based immigration case workflows.
- Experience coordinating cases, evidence, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
