Job summary

Globali.ai is seeking a Product Manager to lead enterprise workflows for immigration feasibility, case automation, workforce planning, and compliance monitoring. • 4+ years of product-management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building workflow-heavy, enterprise products.
• Strong ability to conduct customer discovery and convert needs into software.
• Experience working with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort defining product metrics.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for eligibility intelligence, case automation, compliance monitoring, and attorney review.
• Interview HR, talent acquisition, global mobility, legal, and immigration program stakeholders.
• Translate immigration and workforce-planning problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, legal risk, product strategy, and engineering effort.
• Design experiences that explain visa feasibility, uncertainty, evidence, and next steps clearly.
• Define model requirements, evaluation criteria, fallback behavior, and human-review controls.
• Develop dashboards for case volume, risk, timelines, approvals, and workforce impact.
• Coordinate integrations with ATS, HRIS, identity, and document-management systems.
• Define product analytics for adoption, completion rates, review time, and operational efficiency.
• Support pilots, enterprise implementations, and customer feedback cycles.
