Job summary

aiLegal is an immigration law firm in Atlanta powered by AI technology seeking highly organized legal assistants to manage immigration cases, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining client communication.

Responsibilities include drafting and assembling filings, managing case pipelines, monitoring deadlines, and conducting structured client interviews. You will work with attorneys and other paralegals in a standardized assembly-line workflow to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience (family, humanitarian, business, or removal defense focus).
• Proficiency in USCIS, EOIR, and federal immigration procedures.
• Exceptional writing skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and assemble immigration filings (I-130, I-485, I-751, I-129F, NIV/IV, etc.).
• Manage and update case pipelines using aiLegal’s AI platform and case management software.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure filings are timely and compliant with court/USCIS requirements.
• Conduct structured client interviews and gather supporting evidence.
• Maintain consistent client communication and updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys, intake specialists, and other paralegals in a structured pipeline.
• Ensure case files meet internal quality standards before attorney review.
• Meet or exceed 60 credit hours per month in completed deliverables.
• Maintain daily time and productivity logs.
• Support Managing Attorney in team-level output targets.
