Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience (family, humanitarian, business, or removal defense focus).
• Proficiency in USCIS, EOIR, and federal immigration procedures.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and assemble immigration filings, including I-130, I-485, I-751, I-129F, and others.
• Manage and update case pipelines using aiLegal’s AI platform and case management software.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure filings are timely and compliant with USCIS requirements.
• Conduct structured client interviews and gather supporting evidence.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with attorneys, intake specialists, and paralegals in a structured pipeline.
• Meet monthly output targets and maintain logs.
