BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Law Associate in New York with over four years of experience in employment-based immigration matters to join our corporate practice. The role offers leadership opportunities to oversee a team and manage corporate client relationships.

The successful candidate will counsel clients, prepare petitions, and supervise junior staff, while contributing to efficient practice processes and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission required.
• Prior corporate account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients and oversee a high volume of employment-based immigration cases.
• Prepare immigration petitions and applications, assessing eligibility and analyzing legal issues.
• Draft and review H-1B, L-1, TN, and other petitions and applications.
• Respond to requests for evidence and draft correspondence to administrative agencies.
• Conduct PERM cycle placement and reduction-in-force analyses.
• Research to support cases and projects with corporate clients.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals on case strategy and processing issues.
• Supervise junior associates and paralegal staff in document preparation.
• Contribute to the development of practice processes for efficiency.
