The Legal Aid Society of Hawaiʻi's Immigrant Justice Center in Honolulu seeks an Immigration Law Fellow to represent clients in immigration matters, with a focus on crime, domestic violence, and trafficking victims. This one-year fellowship offers community engagement, outreach, and statewide initiatives, with supervision of non-attorney staff.

Compensation ranges from $64,165 to $73,742 with a comprehensive benefits package; hybrid work arrangement applies and the organization is an equal

Qualificações

• Graduate of an ABA accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Hawaii or other state in good standing.
• Experience in immigration law and remedies for crime/trafficking victims preferred.
• Commitment to social justice and serving disadvantaged populations required.
• Ability to manage a busy practice, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of co-workers and under pressure.

Responsabilidades
