Job Duties:

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Engage warm and cold leads with confidence
• Book consultations through persuasive conversations
• Accurately document calls in legal platforms
• Represent firm’s values with professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in call center sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Comfortable with multitasking and fast systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM tools
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred for success

Salary: $20–$25 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k Plan and other benefits.
