All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a Part-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours/week and 20 hours/week.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program.
2. Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long-lasting behavioral change.
3. Process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT.
4. Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member.
5. Address any additional questions the treatment PT might have on a member.

What you need to have:

1. DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy).
2. Fluency in Spanish.
3. Licensed physical therapist.
4. At least 3 years of clinical experience.
5. Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients/members.
7. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach.
8. Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
9. Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours/week.
10. Availability must be shared at least 30 days in advance.

How is it different:

1. No longitudinal treatment of the member.
2. Intake call is not clinical, but rather information processing and getting member set-up.
3. No program prescription.
